At least 41 people were killed when a cargo plane crashed just after take-off from the runway of the airport in Juba, South Sudan. The plane manufacturer, Ukraine-based Antonov, said, "The crashed An-12B was in no state to fly because it failed to undergo timely technical servicing." Three people survived, including an infant.
