Wild bear on the loose in mall gets shot to death by Russian police

On Wednesday night, a wild bear wandered through a local shopping mall and was shot dead by the local police. 

Footage released by local TV station Metropro TV, shows the animal accidentally entering a local shopping mall, and running loose inside it. After wandering for a while, the bear eventually left to a nearby playground. 

There the local police tracked it down and shot it dead.
The AP reports that the bear was between 2 and 3 years of age.
