Preparation for the delivery of my number notification card has began.The post ofice has begun their preparation for the first time in the Chiba prefecture. About 620,000 envelopes containing the notification cards for residents in 11 municipalities in Chiba Prefecture will be the first batch of the shipments. The government plans to send all people with residence certificates containing with heir 12-digit numbers in stages by the end of November. .
