Nepal`s football fraternity in a state of shock as five current and former national team footballers under treason charge

Sarbendra Khanal, Chief of Metropolitan Police Crime Division said that the arrested players and coach would be charged with organised crime and offense  against State charges.

Nepal Police said it will investigate the alleged match fixing case on five current and former national team footballers under treason charge as more details emerged on Thursday, leaving the country’s football fraternity in a state of shock.
