Six police officer including Senior Superintendent of police (SSP) have been killed in a clash between Tharuhat activist and police at Tikapur in Kailali district on Monday.
Many protestor have been injured after police opened fire during a demonstration in Tikapur in the district on Monday afternoon. Tharuhat activist have been Struggling for autonomous Tharuhat province including Kanchanpur and Kailai districts in the new federal structure.
