Prime minister Shinzo Abe flown to Belgium for G7 summit

Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has flown to Belgium to attend a Group of Seven summit.Abe arrived in the capital Brussels on a government jet on Tuesday, one day before the summit opens.
The leaders of the G7 industrialized nations are to discuss the Ukrainian situation and the growing tensions in the East China and South China seas.The G7 leaders boycotted the G8 summit originally scheduled for June in the Russian city of Sochi.
Abe is also scheduled to have talks with the leaders of France and the European Union prior to the summit.
